OFFSITE staff can assist or fully manage all aspects of setting up and maintaining the dedicated datacenter suite. Support staff will accept deliveries and rack-up equipment. This includes all cable management, labeling and documentation.

Personnel will meet Exchange carrier technicians to manage installation of all telco circuits and provide the necessary cross-connects to customer equipment.

Included in the Core Facility Infrastructure (CFI), the facility offers all companies access to centralized phone servers and call recording systems to further reduce costs. User phone numbers can be set up in call center queues or redirected to employee mobile or home phones. Voice over IP (VOIP) is also supported.

Companies will find the support they need to achieve "5 nines of availability" through OFFSITE's design/build process. This process includes engineering of all NCPI (Network-critical Physical Infrastructure) components, network implementation, server room/workspace design and installation, as well as defining security and communication protocols.
