	233 S. Wacker Drive, Sears Tower Feb 20, 2006 This Monday morning power outage affected 20 floors after two cable connectors stopped working properly. A ComEd crew had been called to the building the day prior to fix a faulty transformer.
	35 East Wacker, Leo Burnett Building Oct 07, 2005 An early morning fire created a scare in this Class A property. The Chicago Fire Department's quick response prevented any business interuption.
	350 Cermak Equinix facility Power Failure Jun 24, 2005 A Chicago power substation fire caused a power outage. A short circuit in the backup generator system failed causing customer equipment to go down.
	135 South LaSalle Street Dec 06, 2004 Fire closes LaSalle Bank Building This dramatic blaze caused by faulty wiring left some bank workers without corporate email, phones or a place to work for up to two weeks.
	311 South Wacker - Water main break floods spaces Oct 12, 2004 A water main for the fire safety systems failed, affecting floors 18 through 27. Three of the floors required moving people while major work replacing drywall was completed.

	Chicago Cubs Lose Power Jun 08, 2004 A power outage from Broadway to California between Addison and Byron took the first inning of the Cubs game off the air.
	Cook County Building Fire Oct 17, 2003 This tragic 12th floor fire resulted in 6 deaths. THe cause is still under investigation.
	Fire at Quaker Tower Forces Evacuation Feb 17, 2003 A breakdown in the building's cooling system caused a morning fire that forced the evacuation of the 35 story tower. More than 100 firefighters arrived on the scene and dense smoke created traffic disruptions in the entire area.
	Water Main Break @ 1 N. Franklin Jan 16, 2003 A water main break at One North Franklin forced businesses on all 36 floors out for 3 days while repairs to electrical infrastructure and water systems were made.
	Fire at 440 S. LaSalle St. Dec 28, 2002 Fire in an electrical supply room that houses backup batteries for Prudential Securities Inc.'s computer systems caused the evacuation of several floors in the high rise that houses the Chicago Stock Exchange.
	Restaurant Fire at Mercantile Exchange Building Nov 12, 2002 A restaurant fire prompted an evacuation Tuesday of the downtown twin skyscrapers that house the Chicago Mercantile Exchange
	150 LBS limestone slabs fall from building Jun 04, 2000 Slabs separated from the facade of the 1 N. LaSalle St. office building. Businesses shut down included Citibank.
	Fire at 120 S. Riverside forces Evac. Oct 17, 1995 Sparks from the underground facility caused a fire that spread to the roof through the building's ventilation system. Building evacuated.
	The Chicago Flood Apr 18, 1992 At least 9 buildings flooded. Power was shut off to all customers in the loop. No one knew how long it would take to re-open buildings.
	The Hinsdale IL Bell Office Fire May 08, 1988 40,000 subscribers lose phone service for nearly a week. Cellular service also went out since this CO is where wireless infrastructure connected to the PSTN. The emission of toxic fumes required the evacuation of several blocks around the facility.
