Facilities
One of two of the OFFSITE campus buildings.
The shared Core Facility Infrastructure (CFI) model which OFFSITE has developed allows clients to
outsource critical infrastructure such as electric power, cooling and Internet connectivity while
maintaining complete control over the proprietary aspects of their operations.

Within the OFFSITE CFI environment clients maintain autonomy to manage their dedicated facility according
to their own policies and practices. Unlike traditional disaster recovery facilities or datacenters,
OFFSITE focuses on flexible service offerings tailored to the client. This includes allowing clients
to bring their incumbent managed service providers or internal staff to work within their dedicated
workspace.
Secure access standard on each data suite.
This model offers clients the operational continuity of a pure in-source solution – such as a build
it yourself facility – but without the concerns of whether building can handle infrastructure requirements
or future growth.
OFFSITE is confident that the CFI model offers the most flexible facility solution on the market.
It allows a company to start with simple collocation cabinets – with a migration path toward a datacenter
suite – all the way to a large dedicated datacenter.
Currently, the campus has two low profile concrete and brick buildings with over 50,000 square feet of
space. The five acres of additional land on the site offers a build-to-suit opportunity for the right
large data center client.
