Support Engineer
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and with more senior engineers. Experience in a IT Support role is a MUST.

Support is all on-site from our Kenosha Network Operations Center. Remote control tools are used to connect to customer equipment.

Required Technical Experience:

• Windows Server 2003/2008
• Desktop Email Clients (Outlook, Entourage, Outlook Express)
• Active Directory
• Troubleshooting skills at all levels of the network
• Solid understanding of IP Networking and Network analysis
• BackupExec Experience
• Basic Cisco Eperience with Managed Switches
• MCSE Cert a Big Plus
• Cisco Cert a Big Plus
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Verbal communication skills are very critical

Location: Kenosha – With Occasional On-site Customer meetings

Compensation: $35-$55K based on experience.
